SUPPORT HEALING HOPE
SERVICES
Individual Therapy- Individual therapy provides one-on-one time with a clinician to address symptoms, identify patterns, develop coping strategies, and work toward personal treatment goals.
In Home Therapy- In-home therapy for youth and families focuses on behavioral health and family dynamics, delivered in the home or community setting. Services are flexible in frequency and duration. Clinicians work with the youth and family to develop a treatment plan using intensive family therapy and psychotherapeutic techniques to improve problem-solving, communication, limit-setting, and risk management. The goal is to enhance the family’s ability to support the youth, potentially preventing the need for inpatient or residential treatment.
Therapeutic Mentor- Therapeutic Mentoring (TM) in Massachusetts is a home- and community-based service provided to youth under the age of 21. It involves structured, one-to-one interactions between a trained Therapeutic Mentor and a youth to support skill development, social functioning, and emotional well-being, guided by a behavioral health treatment plan or Individual Care Plan (ICP).
